Returns/Refunds/Cancellations policy

Returns:
If you wish to return an item for refund, please see our policies below.
Please use caution while opening your package(s) so that upon your return you will be able to use the ORIGINAL internal and external packing material and method of packing in your return.
Customer Remorse:
If for some reason you are not satisfied with our products quality, please contact us within 10 calendar days of receipt detailing your concerns and needs. We will supply you with an RMA number and your order will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and we will provide you with the return shipping instructions.
Damaged in Transit:
If your order is received damaged, please contact us within 10 calendar days of receipt detailing your concerns and needs. We will reply with instructions on how to remediate the problem. Please be sure to take detailed notes/pictures of any damages for claims to the shipping carrier
Refunds:
Once we’ve received your item(s) back into our warehouse, we will do an inspection of the product(s) to ensure of its integrity and issue a refund where you will be notified automatically via our website’s order system upon the original payment method.
Cancellations:
All of our products are Made-to-Order especially for you!
Our normal lead times for production are 2-3 weeks not inclusive of shipping transit time. Lead times may vary due to the production queue at time of order as well as the actual order itself of the size of the item and quantity.
If you wish to cancel your order withing 10 calendar days, a full refund will be issued to you, and you will be notified via our website’s order system.
If for some reason you wish to cancel your order after 10 calendar days, you order will be subject to a 15% cancellation fee to cover the costs of any production that has commenced. As we are made-to-order, we carry no inventory and any cancellations after this period will need to be subject to this policy to cover costs of any items in production yet unshipped to you.
