Fulfillment/shipping policy

 

All of our products are Made-to-Order especially for you!

 

Our normal lead times for production are anywhere from 2-4 weeks not inclusive of shipping transit time. Lead times may vary due to the production queue at time of order as well as the actual order itself of the size of the item and quantity.

 

Once your order is ready for shipment, because all of our items are of different sizes and shapes as well as quantity, a determination of shipping method will be ascertained.

 

Orders best shipped “ground” will be shipped in boxes via FEDEX via policies of this carrier for size and weight of the shipment.

 

Oversized Orders best shipped LTL (truck), we will carefully arrange your items on a pallet and schedule pickup from the appropriate carriers we use based upon the client’s location of receipt.
